Public hearings are held, as needed and in a hybrid format. In person at 5694 Second Avenue (City Hall Annex) by Rajeev Majumdar, City of Ferndale Hearing Examiner. 

To access the current exhibits, click on the application number. Staff Reports are due 20 days prior to the hearing, unless otherwise approved by the Hearing Examiner. Please check the link, it will be updated as exhibits are added. The link to the hearing will be posted the morning of the hearing.

Most Hearing Examiner hearings are quasi-judicial. While you may contact the examiner's office with procedural questions, you may only contact the Hearing Examiner through written submittals addressed to all parties of record in a specific case or at an official public hearing. The examiner’s administrative staff screens correspondence and telephone calls to prevent prohibited contacts.
