10/15/2020 – Hovander Road has been reopened!
Hovander Road Closed at Scout Place: Monday, October 5, 2020, with reopening date to be determined (Check here for updates)
Hovander Road, between Main Street and LaBounty Drive
Drivers should expect to utilize alternative routes as Hovander Road, between Main Street and LaBounty Drive, will be closed to thru traffic from Monday, October 5th starting at 7:00 AM until further notice. Homes and businesses located north of Scout Place will need to access from Main Street. For those with driveways south of Scout, residents will have access from Smith Road. Traffic will be detoured via LaBounty Drive in both directions as crews block all lanes of Hovander immediately south of Scout Place. This work is in association with the Nordic to Scout Water Main Extension Project, and the road will remain closed during nonworking hours.
