Drivers should expect delays as traffic is reduced to single lane alternating traffic on Third Avenue between Vista Dr and Washington St, near the Cargill Ferndale Grain facility. The traffic revision is in effect Wednesday, April 16th from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If needed, work will continue with the same hours on Thursday, April 17th. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic.
