Metalworks Restroom Electrical Small Works Roster Bid

Project Summary: This project includes installing and connecting the power feed to the precast restroom facility at Metalworks park, including sizing, providing, and pulling approximately 725 feet of wire within existing conduit between the Phillips 66 fieldhouse building and restroom; sizing and providing and installing a new circuit within the existing panel in the Phillips 66 fieldhouse building, connecting and powering the 100 amp service panel at the restroom; sizing, providing and installing a wall-mounted electric heater with thermostat in the mechanical room, providing and installing a half-inch conduit run and wall penetration to accommodate installation of a security camera system, and other work necessary to complete the work.
