The Ferndale Police Department consists of 22 commissioned officers and 5 support personnel. Ferndale is a vibrant community of over 15,000 people located on the Interstate 5 corridor, approximately 6 miles north of Bellingham and 13 miles south of the Canadian border.
- 4 Ten-Hour Shifts per week (Mon-Thu or Thu-Sun) with Night Shift Premium Pay
- Thursday Crossover Training Days
- Premium Pay for Specialized Positions (Detectives, SWAT, Firearms, Active Shooter, EVOC, Tac Med, Less Lethal, FTO)
