Public Hearing Notice – 2021 Property Tax Levy

Notice is hereby given that the Ferndale City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 16th regarding the property tax levy for 2021.

The hearing will be held at the City Hall Annex Building/Council Chambers, located at 5694 Second Avenue, beginning at 6:00 p.m.  Any taxpayers may appear thereafter and be heard for or against any part of the ordinance. Public comments may also be submitted via email to susanduncan@cityofferndale.org, or members of the public may phone in to 360-685-2385 when the public hearing is opened. The purpose of this meeting is to allow state auditors to share their plan for their audit of the City of Ferndale for accountability fiscal years 2018 and 2019; and financial fiscal year 2019. Councilmembers will not be conducting City of Ferndale business nor taking any official vote or other action at this event.
